These Terms and Conditions are subject to change.


We use national average room sizes when calculating the price over the telephone. For bedrooms bigger than 20 square meters and living rooms bigger than 40 square meters the price will increase.


We are based in Telford, any travel outside this area will incur a fuel surcharge of £0.50 per mile


All quotes are valid for 10 days, after this period has expired, a new quote will be required.


Carpet cleans and stain removal are separate services! Carpets given a standard deep clean which then reveal a stain requiring chemicals and more time, will be subject to a charge agreed between ProClean and the customer, before any extra work commences.


We will move sofas across in order to clean your carpets, other items such as heavy bookcases filled with books, large furniture such as china cabinets, pianos, dining tables, and dressers, as well as breakable items such as electronic equipment (televisions, stereos, DVD’s, computers, etc.) will need to be removed by the customer, if they require those areas to be cleaned!


The price which has been given to you over the phone, or by messaging is subject to change. It may be different after your property is measured, and your carpets are given a thorough inspection. So, you can be told the accurate price right after our employees visit you. Usually enough information is taken from the customer through conversation, about the level of dirt on carpets, for prices to be accurate. Only in extreme circumstances will the price need to change.


When the service is already delivered you should pay us by choosing one of two possible payment methods - in cash or bank transfer.


If you, as our customer, want to make a cancellation of a service, you should cancel by giving us at least two days prior notice.


ProClean Carpets will not be considered responsible for any delay or even cancellation of the service caused by unexpected circumstances. In such case, we will deliver the service as soon as possible, conforming to your schedule.


If the conditions are considered to be unsafe or dangerous for our employees' health, the service will not be delivered.


You are obliged to provide our operatives a safe working environment.


You should ensure that access to the property is provided.


In the event of you being dissatisfied with the service you have been delivered, you should contact us within two days.


If any damage is caused by ProClean Carpets employees, we are liable for repair or to replace the item.


If you are not completely happy with our service, then you should tell us within 48 hours. We give you a satisfaction guarantee.


You are responsible for providing our cleaners a parking area where they can leave the service vans.


You have to provide hot running water and electricity at the premises where the service will be conducted. Failure to do so may result in a £20.00 charge


Any special offers must be redeemeed / booked within 28 days or they will become void, and will be chargeable at the current price.
